Black Diamond was birthed to solve a singular need...providing a launchpad for rapid deployment of Snowflake to new customers. As our development continued to evolve, we saw a bigger need that we could solve. Primiarly, how do we help Snowflake customers who are past their initial deployment of Snowflake?
The answer to that question, a question we saw multiple times when working with clients on various Snowflake projects, was to purchase various tools to accomplish an end-to-end solution. Each tool we evalualted was highly specialized in one area, necessitating our clients purchase and maintain multiple subscriptions and platforms. This was neither functionally optimal or cost-effective.
Because of this major problem, and the struggles that businesses deal with in getting approval for even a single platform, we continued to evolve Black Diamond to include these long-term mainteance and administrative tasks that go beyond your initial migration to the Data Cloud.
